All long term rates are
prepaid with no refunds with the exception of 6 month rental.
6 month rental is prepaid 3 months at a time (no refunds).
Weekly, monthly and 6 month rates are provided with no meals included.
Intermediate and upper grades rooms are provided with microwave and
fridge.
Wireless DSL service available.
These rates are valid September 1, 2007 through April 30, 2008.
